We offer funding and assistance to companies working under the SBA’s Small Business Innovation program SBIR.
We offer 250k-500k convertible note investments with 1 week decisions upon completion of Phase 2 SIBR contracts.
In addition to our funding check we work with portfolio companies on the fundraising process from pitching, decks, introductions and financial strategy.
Where needed we have a team of people with decades of experience on both sides of the government contracting process who can help with further grant proposals, transition into OTA funding as well as the FAR contract process with government entities.
